Woodexe.com Classifieds Service Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the classifieds service at woodexe.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

1.2. The Service is operated by the company woodexe.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

1.3. By using the Service, the User accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.

Registration

2.1. Registration in the Service is voluntary.

2.2. During registration, the User agrees to provide true information.

2.3. Registration is not required to browse and contact bidders.

2.4. To post an advertisement in the Service, it is necessary to provide a phone number and email address, company name or personal name and surname, address, and tax identification number (NIP) if it is a company.

Advertisements and Payments

3.1. Users may post advertisements on the Service in accordance with its purpose, i.e., concerning the purchase or sale of roundwood, firewood, sawmill products, wood semi-products, and services related to the acquisition, transport, and processing of wood. A single advertisement may include one assortment of products and several types of wood.

3.2. Advertisements are moderated by the Administrator, therefore they appear with some delay.

3.3. Advertisements must not violate applicable laws.

3.4. Failure to make payment results in the suspension of the publication of active and new user advertisements until overdue amounts are received.

3.5. Payment can be made using two methods – one with online payment system Stripe and second one with standard bank transfer (email info@woodexe.com for more information)

3.6. The Administrator reserves the right to remove or block advertisements that do not meet the requirements of the terms and conditions.

Terms of Service Usage

5.1. The User agrees to maintain courtesy in communication and to treat other Users with respect.

5.2. It is forbidden to post content commonly considered offensive or infringing on the rights of others.

5.3. The User is not allowed to use the Service in a way that could disrupt its functioning.

Subscription

6.1. In the Woodexe.com online store, there is an option to use a subscription – recurring payments.

6.2. The subscription includes three products:

• Basic – 19.99 PLN
• Optimal – 49.99 PLN
• Premium – 99.99 PLN

6.3. To use the subscription, a customer must select one of the products, agree to data processing, agree to recurring payments, and purchase the product.

6.4. Woodexe.com does not store any user bank details. To carry out payments, it uses an external payment operator, Stripe, which ensures the security of customer data.

6.5. The subscription lasts for 30 days. After this period, if the user has consented, funds equivalent to the value of the purchased package will be automatically deducted from their payment card.

6.6. Customers have the right to cancel recurring payments at any time. To do so, they must go to the Payments tab and click “Cancel Subscription” or write to our email: info@woodexe.com

6.7. If a customer cancels the subscription before the time expires, their offer will still be visible.

Liability

7.1. The Administrator is not responsible for content posted by Users.

7.2. The User bears full responsibility for the content and advertisements posted on the Service. Before publishing, the advertisement’s content undergoes moderation – adjusted to the graphic design and layout of advertisements found on the service and corrected for any stylistic and spelling errors. If substantive errors are found (e.g., contradictory content, potentially misleading, etc.), the Administrator reserves the right to suspend the publication of the advertisement until contact is made with the advertiser to determine the correct content. Additionally, location data may be supplemented if needed.

7.3. The Service facilitates contact between the seller and the buyer or between the service provider and the service recipient and is not a party to these agreements. All mutual liability is borne by the parties to the transaction under general principles.

7.4 The Service will provide data to law enforcement agencies in the event of proceedings against a Service user.

Privacy

8.1. The Administrator collects and processes Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Service’s Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Service’s terms and conditions.

9.2. Changes to the terms and conditions become effective on the date specified by the Administrator.

Final Provisions

10.1. These terms and conditions apply to all Users of the Service.

10.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be settled through negotiation or before a court competent for the Administrator’s seat.

10.3. The Administrator reserves the right to block access to the Service or delete a User’s account that violates the terms and conditions.
